Hi! I’m Alesia Towns, RYT 200, Certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Yoga Teacher, and certified through Yoga Alliance. I currently reside in beautiful West Virginia living with my teenage daughter, husband, one spoiled pup, and four cats. A little bit more about me… I live a very slow lifestyle. You could say I’m a hermit, trust me, I do not take offense to that ;-). It might sound cliche’ but I truly do enjoy the smaller moments that life brings us. From watching the wild birds for 15 minutes, enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee, snuggling up on the couch with cozy socks and my favorite sweatshirt, or even just having the time and space to find myself meditating for 10 minutes. Some of my favorite hobbies are swimming, fishing, enjoying the ocean, and reading. I’m a very laid back, easy going person who enjoys sharing the benefits of living a more healthy, holistic lifestyle.
When it comes to yoga, my favorite styles of yoga to teach are Yin Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa. I truly believe that yoga can be for everyBODY.
